GoPro Poolin'
All day yesterday I thought it was Monday -- I said to Mike, "Why is the Cardinals game on FOX on a Monday night?!" He looked at me like I had 3 heads and said, real slowly, "It's Saturday..."
Seriously, barely a week into summer and my days are all screwed up! GAHHHH! My brain is beyond mommy brain lately and is completely mush and it feels like someone took a mixer to my skull. Oh well, I guess it means that I am thoroughly enjoying my summer vacay already if I can't keep straight what day of the freaking week it is.
Oh, did I mention I'm teaching summer school?! Thankfully it's online and we are two out of five weeks done, and it's going really well actually. This is the first time I've taught an online class during the summer for UA (and their first time offering one in quite a while) so it's kinda like a test run, but thus far it really REALLY is going well I think.
Anywho, we didn't do much of anything this weekend and it was glorious. I had a 1st birthday photoshoot yesterday and another one today and that's about all that's gone down. Mike's had to work all weekend and Patrick is away at his vacation home at the lake, so Ro and I have gotten a lot of quality one-on-one time which has been fabulous. Yay girl time!
Today Rosie, Scoots, and I had a fun little morning playing in the pool and I brought along my GoPro to snap some fun little pics of us hanging in the pool.
PHOTO DUMP! I know. I'm sorry. But how freaking cute are they together in the pool?! Scoots is such a good sport and Rosie just can't get enough of him. She's already such a little fish and loves to paddle all over the pool while clinging onto my neck; it's just the cutest.
We really missed Patrick hanging with us this weekend but we know he's been having a blast at the lake by the amount of snaps we've gotten from him. He got to go tubbing behind a boat for the first time and spent more time in the pool and lake than out of it I think! He's got it SO GOOD.
Anyways, that's about all of the fun and excitement 'round these parts. Mike goes back on nights this week (boo hiss) and then we have a jam-packed week of theatre tickets, Cardinals games, Pooches in the Ballpark, and a wedding before departing for Florida! I'm exhausted thinking about it! Haha!
So it is Sunday...I've got that right today :) Have a good week friends! Stay cool! This heat is miserable!
