Captures for Clark

I posted just about a month ago how my resolution for 2019 was simple: give back.

And over the past month I have been called to do this in some little and some big ways, one of those being capturing those birth stories of little ones that face a similar prognosis that our little Clark had: saying hello and see you later all at the same time.

The more and more I thought about this the more I realized that my giving back was going to be largely done in this way...and Captures for Clark was born.

Giving back through my camera lens the best way I know how: capturing those moments, those precious, once-in-a-lifetime birth moments that you can never relive, never get back -- capturing those for families who, like us, are faced with having their world turned upside down with getting a devastating, fatal diagnosis for their unborn child.

However, as Clark has taught and continues to teach me, there can still be joy in the darkest of days -- I cherish his birth pictures Victoria took for us SO MUCH and look at them everyday.  Happy tears stream down my face because I am missing him terribly, but also so eternally grateful for having his story, his birth captured so we can hold onto them here until one day we can hold Clark again in our arms.

So, I've officially launched Captures for Clark as part of my photography business.  It's my little way of giving back, paying it forward in our Clark's honor to keep his spirit and legacy alive for many many years to come.

The website link above is active if you'd like to learn more about this program I'm offering.  And if you know of someone who would be interested in this, please pass along the link and have them complete the info form at the bottom and I'll be happy to get back to them as soon as possible.

Just another little way I'm keeping my little guy's legacy alive in me and in other's...hopefully bringing them a bit of sun on a very dark day.
